Blanc de Noirs 2019 by Rémi Leroy is a natural wine made in Champagne with 100% Pinot Noir grapes.

2016 previous vintage was one of the finest champagnes we have ever tried. It's a truly remarkable Blanc de Noirs, that really lets you taste the noir. We got notes of light raspberry cordial, cream, wet stone and shortbread biscuits.

Rémi Leroy's vineyard is ploughed and in natural grassing to get the best taste of Cote des Bar Terroir. The parcels are separately vinified on the lees. The wine is bottled at the end of the spring without any fining and filtering. More than Champagne, Champagne wine.

Open and pour (in standard wine glasses rather than flutes) and then wait 10 minutes before drinking, for the best expression
