Cucu 2024 is a natural wine crafted by Katla Wines, in the Rheinhessen region in Germany. This sparkling  Pet Nat wine is made with 60% Cabenet Blanc and 40%  Kerner grapes, which are both hybrid grapes.

Jasmin Swan of Katla wines describes Cucu as being weird and wonderful. She states that the "Cabernet Blanc bringing some amazing jalapeno notes and the maceration of Kerner lead to some fun light tropical vibes. I pick the Cabernet Blanc super early for a kick ass acidity but also cause at that moment the grapes have this epic Jalapeno note that I really enjoy and then I blend it or some soft tropical vibes to balance it all out. Structured white-ish petnat. A mix of solero ice cream and light green notes like jalapeno, green pepper and mint.
