Doris (1 litre) 2024 is a natural wine crafted by Katla Wines, in the Rheinhessen region in Germany. This red wine is made with 60% Dornfelder and 40% Riesling grapes, which are both directly pressed to make this beautiful Rosé, here as a great value litre bottle! 

We found Doris to be vibrant, with a mildly peppery kick and a tart cranbery and vanilla vibe. Great energy and wonderful drinkability!

Jasmin Swan of Katla Wines states that Doris pairs well with drinking sessions in the park, sitting in the sunshine, tomato dishes, tomato salad, watermelon salad, sustainable tuna dishes, charcuterie.

The grapes are sourced from Niklas Rückrich in Rheinhessen and vinified in stainless steel.
