Tausendsassa 2018 is a natural wine crafted by Dupont de Ligonnès , a Fremch winemaker working in the Saxony region in Germany. This white wine is made with 60% Gewürztraminer and 40% Riesling grapes, both grown on 40+ year old vines

This wine is aged for ten months on the fine yeast in a clay amphora. We hear from the importer it has notes of ripe pear on the nose, a little thyme and rosemary. On the palate, gentle stone fruit, subtle floral accents and a tart, fruity finish.
