White, orange and sparkling, all out of the Veneto. Santa Colomba's range sits at the lighter, less serious end of northern Italy.
Sar Do Né is Chardonnay aged in stainless steel, fresh and low in alcohol, with a mineral flicker rather than the roundness of a barrel aged Chardonnay. Principiante is a Garganega pet nat, all grapefruit zest, plum and sweet and sour citrus. OranGo is Garganega again, macerated ten days on skins in steel then aged in a mix of old barrels and tank, floral with a hint of spice over macerated citrus peel. El Griso is the Pinot Grigio ramato, grown on clay and calcareous soils in Colli Berici.
