Jutz d´Heida is a natural wine crafted by Ô Fâya Farm, run by a female winemaker Ilona Thétaz, who is based in the Valais region in Switzerland and makes wine on her farm, full of biodiversity, animals and wildlife.

This white wine is made with Savagnin grapes, usually found in nearby Jura but also common in Switzerland.
