Anselmo Bianco 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Etnella, in the Sicily region in Italy. This white wine is made with Carricante, Trebbiano and Catarratto grapes, grown not on Etna but in Alcamo. This is almost like a side-project for Etnella to be able to produce his style of wine in a more affordable way. 

Here expect a buttery nose with notes of chamomile, but it's still zippy and fresh with nice acidity, further leading to notes of lime zest and wet stone.
