Rosé Vom Opok 2021 by Sepp & Maria Muster is a natural wine made in Styria with Blauer Zweigelt, Blauer Wildbacher and Blaufränkisch grapes.

We are yet to try this vintage, but the previous vintage was a remarkable wine with lots of character!

Earthy notes alongside macerated strawberries, white pepper, cranberry, lime. Gorgeous colour too.

Complex and one to really sit with and think about - as this is an example of truly excellent winemaking.
