Thibault Ducroux is a natural wine producer from the Beaujolais region in France, farming 8 hectares of vines in AOP, Beaujolais, Morgon and Fleurie. Thibault favours concrete vats and occasionally old barrels for his aging following carbonic maceration. His "En Roue Libre" is a great entry level Beaujolais Gamay showcasing the fun, playful element to the grape and region.
