Odyssea 2022 is a natural wine crafted by Macchion dei Lupi , in the Tuscany region in Italy. This white wine is made with Ansonica grapes.

Ansonica is an indigenous grape variety grown on sandy & volcanic soil. Fermentation is done partly in steel tanks and partly in acacia barrels. A small portion of the grapes is harvested slightly overripe and vinified with a short maceration.
