Ull de perdiu
Ull de perdiu, also known as Partridge Eye, is a rare red wine grape that is primarily grown in the Catalonia region of Spain, although it is hardly grown. Natural Wine producer Partida Creus is one grower making use of this previously forgotten grape varietal.
