Veverka | Moravia Natural Wine

Veverka work in Moravia, in the Czech Republic. One bottle of theirs here, the Frizzante Pinot Noir.

Pinot Noir, directly pressed, so a blanc de noir: a white wine from a red grape. The bubbles are added in afterwards, and it is sealed under screwcap, which catches a few people out. The result is lightly sparkling.
