Polisy Brut 2005 by André Beaufort Champagne is made in Champagne with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes.

Andre Beaufort makes specialist, low-intervention Champagne wine that is often aged on the lees for many many years before it sees release.

They use an expedition liqueur made from concentrated grape sugar to obtain the Brut or the Demi-Sec range.
