1er Cru "Pinots Noirs" 2021 is a natural wine crafted by Champagne Brice Allouchery,  in France. This sparkling wine is made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, grown in the Premier Cru vineyards around Écueil and Sacy (Montagne de Reims). The wine which was pressed directly so clear sees 10 months in barrel and steel tank before then further aging for 24 months in bottle before disgorgement.

This excellent Champagne at a great price gave us nice notes of baked apple tocuhes, mild raisin, quince and even some memories of Crème Brûlée!
