Production details of Cava Funambul Reserva Brut Nature: Cava Funambul Reserva is made by Maria Barrena and Pep Tort Montserrat at Entre Vinyes in Penedès, Catalonia. The blend is the classic Cava trio: Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada. Reserva indicates extended lees ageing for added complexity. Brut Nature means no dosage. Made under permaculture and a lunar-calendar approach.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Cava Funambul Reserva Brut Nature by Entre Vinyes, but we hear it has notes of ripe orchard fruit, citrus zest, light bread crust and fine sustained bubbles.
