Sorga Africa 2023 is a natural wine crafted by La Sorga, in the Languedoc region in France. This red wine is made with 100% Cinsault grapes.

Terroir: Schist soils in Cabrerolles (Faugères appellation area), Vin de France.

Grape variety: Cinsault (9 and 69 years old) 100%; yield: 24 hl/ha.

Vinification: Destemmed, maceration for 26 days; aged in tank for 8 months.

Tasting notes: Aromas of red fruits — wild strawberry, cherry — with strong floral notes; soft attack, flavors of blackberry, grenadine, citrus; lovely volume and lots of freshness...

No added sulfur, no filtration, and nothing else either...
