La Sorga is the domain name of Anthony Tortul, a well-known negociant natural winemaker based in Languedoc, France. Anthony has been making wines since 2008, and as a negociant this means he does not grow his own grapes, but sources them. However, he is still very meticulous, and only selects chemical-free or chemical-free & holistic vines from winegrowers with low yields, and favours ancient grape varieties.
