Tsolikouri 2021 by Minadze Wine Cellar is an dry white natural wine made in Imereti with Tsolikouri grapes.

30% skin for 3 months in Qvevri, and the producer qualified it as a white wine, not orange, which we would agree with.

This wine is delightful, with soft apricot touches, nice salty minerality, yellow apple and a hint of toffee on the finish. Excellent value, refined (golden) white Georgian wine.
