Feral are a group of botanists, fermentation experts, and chefs creating uniquely flavoured alcohol free alternatives out of the Italian Dolomites by fermenting and macerating beets, herbs, spices and wild fruit.

From the maker: A still alternative that is anything but quiet in terms of taste. Fermented white beetroot combined with hops and Szechuan pepper makes a tasty trio to remember. Richly fragrant, with pronounced citrus notes and a tickling spiciness, velvety and spicy.
