What is Lambrusco? A grape or a drink?

Lambrusco is both a style of wine, as well as a set of grape varieties that is primarily used to produce the sparkling red wine. It is grown in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, particularly in the provinces of Modena, Reggio Emilia, and Parma. Lambrusco is also produced in Lombardy, Veneto, and Piedmont regions of Italy.

This grape is known for its vibrant and fruity flavors, with notes of blackberry, cherry, and plum. It has a refreshing acidity and a slight effervescence, making it a popular choice for those who enjoy a lively and sparkling wine.
