Danse de Saint Guy 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Antony Tortul of La Sorga, in the Languedoc region in France.There are a few variations of Danse de Saint Guy, with different grapes or white-orange. This one is an orange wine is made with 100% Chenin Blanc grapes. 

Grape Variety: 100% Chenin (27 years old), yield: 40 hl/ha
Terroir: Puddingstone soils in Castelreng (Upper Limoux Valley), Vin de France
Vinification: Whole bunches soaked (“trempette”) for 6 weeks, then aged on the lees for 9 months in a sandstone egg.
Winemakers Tasting Notes: An extremely mineral nose with white flowers, green apple, and lemon zest... The palate is complex, mineral (limestone), floral with bergamot notes, and ends with a very acidic finish—typical of the grape variety but also of these high-altitude terroirs. My most beautiful Chenin to date!
Production: 1,400 bottles produced.
