Mont Joie 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Antony Tortul of La Sorga, in the Languedoc region in France. This tangy orange wine with a nice tannic structure is made with 100% Bourboulenc grapes.

Terroir: Clay-limestone soil in Adissan (Hérault Valley), Vin de France
Grape Variety: 100% Bourboulenc (9 years old); yield: 24 hl/ha
Vinification: Destemming, 60-day maceration in sandstone jar. Aged in jar for 9 months
