Rémi Leroy's vineyard is ploughed and in natural grassing to get the best taste of Cote des Bar Terroir. The parcels are separately vinified on the lees. The wine is bottled at the end of the spring without any fining and filtering. “More than Champagne, Champagne wine.”

100% Chardonnay, 1g a litre dosage.

Open bottle and then enjoy after 15 minutes for the best expression.
