Expect a light, translucent ruby colour with an aromatic, berry-driven nose featuring cherry, smoke. blood orange, and a hint of white pepper. The palate is juicy and nuanced, offering vibrant flavors of raspberry, lingonberry, herbs, and clove, balanced by lively acidity.

It is a refreshing, easy-drinking, slightly peppery Italian red with a bright, thirst-quenching character and an energetic texture that showcases pure, fruity intensity, but there is still some tannic structure here, and the finish on the palate is long which is unexpected given the fun profile it first suggests. Very cool indeed!

This red is fermented in small tanks without temperature control, followed by a maturation period of 5 months in a stainless-steel tank. After fermentation, it spends 5 months in the stainless-steel tank. The wine undergoes 6 days of skin contact, but does have a bigger mouthfeel than the fun bottle / label suggests.
