Located in the eastern part of Georgia, nestled between the Greater Caucasus Mountains and the Alazani River. This picturesque region boasts a long history of winemaking, dating back over 8,000 years, making it one of the oldest wine regions in the world.
Winemakers are drawn to Kakheti due to its unique terroir and climatic conditions, which allow for the cultivation of a diverse range of grape varieties. The region benefits from a continental climate, with hot summers and mild winters, creating optimal conditions for grape growth and ripening.
