Roagna Wine

Roagna is a historical, classic yet natural wine producer from the Piedmont region in Italy.

The domain is quite old, having been passed down through generations starting with Giovanni Roagna. They operate fantastic plots around Barbaresco and Castiglione di Falletto in Barolo. Actually, some of them are older than the term Barbaresco has existed as a wine term! Older vines mean less yields for Roagna, and their youngest vines are already 60 years old... which is why the price of Roagna wines has been rising rapidly lately as demand surges and supply becomes less.
